With only two weeks left until Christmas day our household decided it was time to get a Christmas tree and start decorating! Luckily for us this perfectly aligned with Saturday’s advent task of making snowflakes for the kitchen. Yes you heard correctly, we’ve even decorated the kitchen.
When Joey discovered that the charity Oasis were selling Christmas trees we quickly put our name on the list. Although we ordered a 5ft tree it ending up being a whopping 6 and half feet!
Being the first Christmas any of us had decorated a tree without parental ‘supervision’ there were a few heated discussions over the right way to decorate. But we worked through it and ended up with a beautiful tree.
